Absolutely not. New versions of QuarryMaster
will always convert your data from the older version. You
will never have to enter data more than once.
What if my requirements
change over time as our company expands ?
QuarryMaster has a package to match
any requirements, from a single-site, single-user system to
a multi-site, multi-company corporation and because our program
is so flexible and scalable, the system can expand over time
and at a rate which matches the growth and development of
your company. Within the QuarryMaster range there are 4 products
- Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise with upgrade
paths available from one to the next.
Is it necessary to have
a support contract ?
While it is not necessary to have a
support contract, it is advisable, especially for those using
the Professional and Enterprise versions of the software which
are designed for multi user, multi depot companies. QuarryMaster
product support consists of a package of services such as
telephone support, email support, dedicated website support,
all designed to ensure that you always have support close
at hand to provide you with the help and advice you need to
get the most out of your system.
